What is the RTI Leadership Summit?
RTI Leadership Summit is an annual gathering designed to equip, celebrate, and connect our Artisans, clients, and partners. The program includes keynote sessions, breakout discussions, and shared experiences across multiple days.
Who attends Summit?
Summit brings together Artisans (RTI Employees), clients, and select partners. Attendees include field operators, business leaders, and decision-makers from across the industry.

RTI Leadership Summit 2026 will take place Wednesday, November 18 through Thursday, November 19, 2026.

LOCATION & TRAVEL
Where is Summit taking place?
The RTI Leadership Summit 2026 will be held at The Woodlands Resort in The Woodlands, Texas.

How do I get there?
The Woodlands is located just north of Houston. The closest airport is George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), approximately 30-40 minutes from the resort.
Is transportation provided?
No. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the airport, as well as any local transportation during their stay.
What transportation options are available?
Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available from the airport. Rental cars are also available for those who prefer to drive.

Can I bring a guest?
Guest attendance is limited and offered by invitation. If applicable, our team will contact you directly with details on how to register your guest.
I received an invite. Does that mean I’m automatically registered?
No. All attendees must complete registration to confirm their participation.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Where should I stay?
Summit will be hosted at The Woodlands Resort. It is highly recommended for attendees to stay on property.
How do I book my room?
Booking details will be provided during registration or via your invitation instructions.
What if I want to stay somewhere else?
While you may choose alternate accommodations, staying on property is strongly recommended for the full Summit experience!
DRESS CODE
What should I wear?
Dress is casual to business casual. Most attendees opt for jeans or slacks with a polo or button-down. We recommend dressing comfortably while remaining event-appropriate.

Will meals be provided?
Yes. Meals and refreshments are provided throughout Summit programming.
